3. Meditation is the best way to cure anxiety. For meditation, find a quiet place to sit and relax alone. While doing medication, picture yourself in a happy place and listen silent music, away from all these stress and anxiety that you are currently facing.
4. Talk with your friend, family is the best cure for anxiety. Sometimes, many people don’t share their problems with anyone. Simply talking to someone about how you feel can relief you of your anxiety effectively. This is especially true if your anxiety is being caused by a particular person
