Look at eating food to survive, not eating food as a hobby or a past time. If you take just what you need to function properly, then you will never experience overeating. As you lose weight gradually but continuously, you will feel better inside and out. With just a change of view partnered with a change of lifestyle, you will experience tremendous result that is even more than what you wished for.
