Hair Straightening Methods

There are a number of ways in which you can now gain the hairstyle you have always wanted. With more technology open to salons and stylists and more treatments appearing in the UK from overseas; unruly and unflattering locks are defiantly becoming a thing of the past. One of the biggest complaints however when it comes to our locks is defiantly unruly curly and frizzy hair, so what exactly are our options in this scenario? Well a lot of people have a tendency to turn to permanent straightening methods

Ceramic technology is what many flat iron manufacturers prefer to use nowadays. Flat irons that feature this normally command a high price but their performance in straightening the hair is worth every cent you pay. What makes ceramic very useful in this product is that it create high heat easily which makes hair straightening a breeze.

Second item you need is a hair polisher. These will help your straightener to give you more of a healthy feel, especially if you have coarse hair. The more coarse or dry your hair, the more stiff it can look after you straighten it. Some hair polishers will go the extra mile to also act as a heat protectant. But for the best protection, get a heat protectant along with a hair polisher. Two best polishers I've used on my clients is the Chi Silk Infusion and Biosilk.

There are two types of hair damages that these flat irons may create and they are damage due to heat and mechanical damage. Heat damage and mechanical damage can be avoided only if you are happy with what you are born with. Since the hotter the flat iron the better it works in changing the original structure of the hair forcibly so heat damage is unavoidable but since we are living in this modern era where creating fashion statement is important so everyone of us desire to look best paying attention to our look especially

The presence of ceramic plates in this device is unlike old fashioned copper coils that would damage your hair and spread heat unevenly. Ceramic plates often provides smooth surface that would glide over your hair, thus leaving it smooth and straight. These ceramic plates offer zero damage to your hair and keep your hair looking shiny and healthy.

Here it is important to remember that formaldehyde is a naturally occurring substance and can be found in many manmade products in this day and age. Critics say formaldehyde found in these manufactured goods do not decompose as quickly under normal settings and are thus not released rapidly into the environment. Proponents of the treatment point out that formaldehyde can be broken down more quickly under heat and a level of moderate humidity, therefore causing the chemical to release quicker.

A chemical hair relaxer is then applied to loosen, soften, and relax your natural curls. If your hair is overly porous or slightly damaged from being previously over-processed, your stylist may use a conditioner-filler before applying the relaxer. The relaxer is left on for the right amount of time for your hair, and then thoroughly rinsed out with warm water.
